How accurate is the scoring?

Can I use this on mobile?

Yes, the practice platform works on mobile devices. For the best experience with Reading and Listening tests, we recommend using a tablet or computer. Speaking tests require microphone access.

How do I manage my subscription?

Go to your Profile page and click "Manage Subscription". This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel your subscription.

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your remaining Speaking and Writing credits stay in your account even after canceling. You can use them until they run out. They just will not renew monthly anymore.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the credits or content. Contact us using the form below with your account email and purchase details.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes, subscription credits roll over to the next month up to a maximum cap (Basic: 4, Pro: 20, Premium: 40). One-time purchase credits never expire.

The audio is not playing in Listening tests

Make sure your browser allows audio playback. Try refreshing the page. If using headphones, check they are connected. Some browsers block autoplay, so you may need to click the play button manually.

My microphone is not working for Speaking tests

Your browser needs microphone permission. When prompted, click "Allow". If you previously denied access, go to your browser settings and enable microphone for trymockielts.com. Make sure no other app is using your microphone.

My test progress was lost

Accepted Answer

Test progress is saved when you submit. If you close the browser mid-test, progress may be lost. For Reading and Listening, you can retake freely. For Speaking/Writing (which use credits), contact us and we can restore your credit.

Are these real IELTS questions?

No. Our content is original and created to match the format, difficulty, and style of real IELTS tests. Using actual IELTS questions would violate copyright. Our questions are designed to give you authentic practice.
