A Simple Weekly Plan
This schedule shows what to study each week. Follow it to move from Band 4 to Band 5.
How to Use This Schedule
- Study 45-60 minutes per day
- Practice 5 days per week

Phase 1: Foundation (Weeks 1-4)

Track Your Progress
Write down your scores each week. You should see improvement after Week 4.
The online version saves your progress. You can see which activities you finished and your scores over time.
What Comes Next
After 12 weeks, take the diagnostic test again. Compare your scores to Week 1.
If you reached Band 5, look for the Band 5 to 6 plan (coming soon). If you need more time at Band 4-5, repeat the activities you found hardest.
